Shipping Policy (UK + International) — Variety Vault Goods

This Shipping Policy explains how Variety Vault Goods (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes and ships orders placed on varietyvaultgoods.com.

1) Order processing (dispatch) time

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • If we need to contact you about an address issue or order query, dispatch may be delayed until we receive a reply.

2) UK delivery (carriers + services)

We ship UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD, depending on the product type, parcel size/weight, and operational requirements.

  • The available option(s) and final shipping cost (if any) are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

3) UK shipping prices (including free shipping)

  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £150 (after discounts, before any international charges; UK only).

  • Orders £150 and under: shipping is charged and calculated at checkout based on the service selected and the items in your basket.

4) International shipping

We do ship internationally; international shipping costs more and is calculated at checkout based on destination and the items ordered.

  • International delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only.

  • Customs processing can add delays that are outside our control.

5) Customs, duties & import taxes (international)

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by the destination country, unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.

6) Tracking

Where tracking is available (including Royal Mail Tracked 48 and most DPD services), we will email tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

7) Address accuracy

Please check your address carefully at checkout (especially house number and postcode).

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge the cost of re-shipping.

  • If a parcel is refused or unclaimed internationally and returned to us, we may deduct return shipping/fees from any refund (where applicable).

8) Missing, delayed, or lost parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

9) Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We’ll help resolve it in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
